What you will do

Building green ventures as a team, your role will be to:

• Lead research through consultations with industry experts and potential customers
• Define go-to-market strategy for the company based on business modelling drafting 
• Develop a financial model (5 year & 12 months) including debt/equity mechanisms
• Own core company functions including product, growth, and business development, for initial phases of the business
• Partner closely with our team, our freelancers and advisors/investors
• Network within our eco-system with green startups, scale-ups & future partners

You are passionate about:

You bring experience in:

1. Prior startup founder or at least 5 years’ experience  in early-stage company or strategy consulting
2. *Bonus* Experience in one of following domains;   Industrial decarbonization/ electrification, Circular & bio-sourced production, Future of logistics, Smart cities, Energy efficiency

You have following competences:

• Project Management - experience in managing large & small projects in a professional way
• Initiating & pro-active – hands’ on mentality and a pro-active “flow to the work” attitude
• Complex problem solving – abilities as well as the capacity to deeply analyse complex cases
• Vigor & decisiveness – taking decisions implying unknown personal & financial consequences 
• Product sense – translating user needs into relevant customer propositions
• Sales – vision & ability to bring a compelling message & communicate it to diverse audiences
• Stress tolerance – comfortable with uncertainty & risk that is inherent to venture building
• Languages – Dutch & English (either Dutch or French is a must)
