We are looking for a Sustainability Advisor

ABOUT
At Data4Green, we use data to help companies reduce their carbon footprint while staying compliant and profitable. As a Sustainability Advisor, you’ll analyze environmental and social impacts, design improvement plans, and support data-driven decisions that drive decarbonization, compliance, and long-term profitability. You’ll work closely with consultants and senior analysts to deliver impactful solutions to our clients.
WHAT ABOUT YOU
  • You have strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, ESG metrics, and compliance requirements.
  • You can analyze data to identify risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • You’re able to communicate complex sustainability concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You’re proactive, collaborative, and passionate about driving real change in business practices.
  • You have an eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.

 

  • Languages: French, Dutch, English (At least two of the following languages)
  • Experience: Junior or Medior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Master’s in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ESG reporting standards (e.g., ESRS, GRI, TCFD, …) and sustainability metrics.
  • Experience analyzing data and preparing reports, dashboards, or presentations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bonus: professional experience in ESG, sustainability consulting, or corporate sustainability roles.
  • Bonus: familiarity with data tools like Excel, SQL, or visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
