JOB DESCRIPTION
What you will do
In this position, you will be responsible for business development.
- Lead sales initiatives that will contribute to achieving the sales targets, as part of the defined strategies.
- Search for opportunities to build a pipeline of new accounts and check their technical and financial feasibility.
- Identify opportunities and develop a short-/mid-/long-term business plan to reach the organizational strategy.
- Co-create the communication strategy tools to represent the company in a successful manner in the country.
- Set up long-term partnerships (sales channels, logistics…)
- Build a strong network and negotiate with key stakeholders, such as sector organizations & contractors.
- Represent Recoma at conferences and information sessions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability frameworks in construction, events, and media (e.g., CO₂ performance, EU Taxonomy), with a focus on analyzing, shaping, and leveraging related incentive mechanisms such as carbon credits or offsets.
What you bring to the table
You are passionate about:
- Sustainability – passion to fight for decarbonization
- Construction / infrastructure (as this is your main client market)
You bring experience in:
- At least 4 years’ experience in B2B Sales
- Business development
- Opening of new accounts (hunter)
- Experience and/or network in the construction industry
