JOB DESCRIPTION

What you will do

In this position, you will be responsible for business development.

  • Lead sales initiatives that will contribute to achieving the sales targets, as part of the defined strategies.
  • Search for opportunities to build a pipeline of new accounts and check their technical and financial feasibility.
  • Identify opportunities and develop a short-/mid-/long-term business plan to reach the organizational strategy.
  • Co-create the communication strategy tools to represent the company in a successful manner in the country.
  • Set up long-term partnerships (sales channels, logistics…)
  • Build a strong network and negotiate with key stakeholders, such as sector organizations & contractors.
  • Represent Recoma at conferences and information sessions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability frameworks in construction, events, and media (e.g., CO₂ performance, EU Taxonomy), with a focus on analyzing, shaping, and leveraging related incentive mechanisms such as carbon credits or offsets.

 

What you bring to the table

You are passionate about:

  • Sustainability – passion to fight for decarbonization
  • Construction / infrastructure (as this is your main client market)

You bring experience in:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in B2B Sales
  • Business development
  • Opening of new accounts (hunter)
  • Experience and/or network in the construction industry
